When will my Qurbani order be ready for pickup?
All Qurbani orders will be ready for pickup 1–3 days after Eid ul Adha. You will receive a text message notification when your order is ready. Please do not come to pick up your order until you receive this notification.
What is the average weight of the Qurbani meat order?
Each Qurbani order includes meat from an animal weighing approximately 30–35 lbs.
Will the head of the animal be included in the order?
No, the head of the animal is not included in any Qurbani order.
Can I dedicate the Qurbani under someone else’s name?
Yes, you can. During checkout, please enter the name you want the Qurbani to be under in the instruction box.
Why do I need to provide my phone number at checkout?
We use your phone number to send SMS notifications when your Qurbani order is ready. Make sure the number you provide is accurate and active.
Where is the pickup location in Cleveland?
Our pickup location is Rumis Market and Turkish Grill, 8225 Carnegie Ave, Cleveland, OH 44103.
Do you offer delivery services for Qurbani meat?
All orders must be picked up in person once you receive the text notification.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit/debit cards and online payments at checkout. Unfortunately, cash on pickup is not available for Qurbani orders. You may place a cash order in person prior to Eid.
Can I place multiple Qurbani orders in one checkout?
Yes, you can place multiple orders. Please clearly specify the name for each Qurbani in the instruction box.
Are your Qurbani animals Zabiha Halal?
Yes, all Qurbani animals are Zabiha Halal, ethically sourced, and processed in house in compliance with local regulations.
Can I choose the type of animal (goat, cow, etc.)?
For Eid 2025, we are offering pre-selected animals, primarily goats and lambs. Custom selection is currently not available to maintain processing timelines.
Are there any Cleveland community organizations you partner with for Qurbani?
Yes, we collaborate with local mosques and community centers to ensure the Qurbani process meets both Islamic and local standards.
What should I bring when picking up my order?
Bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation (digital or printed). This helps us verify your pickup and ensures smooth processing.
What if I miss the pickup window?
Please try to pick up your order as soon as you receive the SMS. If you are delayed, contact us immediately using the number provided in the confirmation message to reschedule.
